Terms of service
Last updated 19 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between Knowledge Treasures, India (“we”) and the business that creates a Hadeelo account (“you”). By creating an account or using Hadeelo, you accept them.
1. What Hadeelo is
Hadeelo lets a business and its staff answer the business’s WhatsApp messages from one shared screen, with approved messages, campaigns, automatic replies and alerts. It is for businesses only, not for personal use.
Hadeelo is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by WhatsApp or Meta. It works through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.
2. Your account
- The person who creates the account is its owner and is responsible for everyone they add as staff.
- Keep passwords and staff sign-in links private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
- The information you give us must be true, and you must be allowed to act for the business.
3. Using WhatsApp properly
Your WhatsApp number stays yours, and so does the responsibility for how it is used. You agree to:
- Follow WhatsApp’s own rules, including the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
- Only send messages to people who have agreed to hear from your business, and stop when they ask — for example by replying STOP.
- Not send spam, scams, or anything illegal, hateful, misleading or harmful.
- Have the right to use every customer list you add to Hadeelo.
WhatsApp decides which messages it approves and can limit or block a number that breaks its rules. We cannot overrule it. We may suspend an account that puts WhatsApp access, other customers or Hadeelo at risk.
4. Charges
- Hadeelo’s subscription: the plan and price shown to you when you subscribe. Prices may change; we will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you.
- WhatsApp’s own charges: Meta charges for some messages (for example offers, or messages sent after WhatsApp’s 24-hour reply window). Meta bills you directly, on the payment method you add to your WhatsApp account.Hadeelo shows an estimate before such messages are sent, but Meta’s bill is what counts.
5. Your data
Your conversations, customer details and files belong to you. We use them only to run Hadeelo for you, as explained in our privacy policy. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time — see Delete my data.
6. Availability
We work to keep Hadeelo running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. It depends on services we do not control, including WhatsApp, and there will sometimes be maintenance.
7. Responsibility
Hadeelo is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, or for problems caused by WhatsApp, Meta, your internet connection or how you use Hadeelo. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
8. Ending
- You can stop using Hadeelo and close your account at any time.
- We may close an account that breaks these terms, after warning you where reasonable.
- After an account is closed, its data is deleted within 30 days.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell account owners in advance. Continuing to use Hadeelo after a change means you accept it.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Kerala, India.
